Wow. The listing says “renovated” but it should be like “restored”. The quality of the woodwork and remodeling is very nice. I was somewhat skeptical the size of the house could handle a large group. Perfect for hosting a large group, like our college friend reunion. Lots of large areas for folks to hang out, lots of places to sleep with clean and comfortable beds. Walking distance to campus and all of our old haunts, and even with gameday traffic it was easy enough to get in and out. This will definitely be on the short list for our next reunion as long as we have enough people to take advantage of it.
